Return Policy
We understand that sometimes an item needs to be exchanged or returned for any number of reasons. Better Baseball will gladly exchange any new (unused*) product. The customer must pay freight cost and send the item back to the store. Team orders or custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee determined at our discretion. Credit will be issued once the shipment is received. Exceptions to this policy will be made if the item sent did not match the original item ordered (wrong size, color, model, etc.)

*Once a bat is taken out of its wrapper it is considered used. Better Baseball will not accept returns on any out of wrapper or used bat. Make sure you have the correct size before unwrapping or using your bat. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All returns and exchanges must be called in within 30 days of the purchase; once a Return Authorization number has been issued the items must be received within 10 days. Please insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

We do not accept returns on used products, special orders or custom merchandise.
