How Do I Select the Correct Glove?

When ordering a baseball glove, choose either RHT or LHT in the 'Model' dropdown.

RHT = Right-Handed Throw. LHT = Left-Handed Throw.

What is Your General Return Policy?

Our 30 Day Guarantee. We promise complete satisfaction to all our customers! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges.

Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. Items that are dropped shipped might be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25% depending on the manufacturer's policy. We'll refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise. Please insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

What is the Bat Return Policy?

Aluminum and composite bats carry the manufacturer's warranty in addition to our 30-day Guarantee.

If your aluminum bat is defective, the manufacturer requires that it be returned directly to them. Please call the manufacturer toll free for current details. For non-defective aluminum bats, simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in the original "shrink-wrapped" packaging.

How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return your item(s) in the original condition including all tags, packaging and accessories within 30 days and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges.

When returning your item(s) be sure to include what you wish to exchange your item for, or simply indicate you wish to receive a refund. We suggest you insure your package since we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods. We will send any merchandise you request in exchange via standard ground shipping, unless otherwise noted.

What Is a Backorder?

Better Baseball does its best to keep products on-hand, but there are times when products are out of stock but will be back in stock in a short period of time. In cases such as these, our customers may still order the item, and the item will be reserved for the customer against our incoming stock. This is what is known as a backorder. It is in the customer's best interest to place an item on backorder so when items come back into stock they will be the first to receive the items; this is our first-come-first serve policy.

Occasionally backordered items are canceled by the manufacturer and may not be available - in this case you would be notified via email by our customer service department. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipment by notifying our customer service department.

Backordered items will not be charged to credit card orders until the item has shipped from our warehouse.

What Does BPF on a Bat Mean?

BPF is an acronym for Bat Performance Factor. It is determined in testing laboratories by creating and measuring ball-bat collisions according to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.

Please note that a bat that meets the 1.2 standard does not mean that the bat's rating is 1.2, this simply means that it does not exceed the 1.2 standard.
